Deluxe has recently added two brand new quality precision-component machines to our shop:
- CNC lathe machine
- CNC band-sawing machine
Both machines are upgraded replacements for older machines which Deluxe recently retired. Deluxe uses the CNC lathe machine to spin material against a bit and shave away at it while ensuring precision detail. Deluxe uses the CNC band-sawing machine to ensure precision cuts at variable speeds for uniform cutting of raw bar material.
Both machines are used to manufacture custom precision-components for a range of industries, including:
